用于内转换电子穆斯堡尔谱仪中的多丝正比室

摘要 多丝正比室作为穆斯堡尔谱仪有用的探测器,不仅在透射式中测量γ射线,还可在背散射式中测量内转换电子.本文详述了这类多丝室的结构和特性.由于每一根丝有信号输出,这些信号与微机控制的多路数据获取和处理系统相连时,便有高的几何效益,可以同时从几个不同的方位获取信息,以研究表面背散射测量时样品的结构. Multi-Wire Proportional Chamber (MWPC) as a useful detector has been used inMossbauer spectroscopy not only on the transmissive mode for gamma-ray measurement, butalso on the backscattoring mode for conversion electron measurement. In this paper,the construction and characteristics of the multi-wire chamber are described in derail. Because everywire hss a signal output, these Signals are connected with a multi-channel data acquisitionand processing system which is controlled by a microcomputor. This arrangement has the advantages of high geometrical effiCiency and could obtain information simultaneously fromseveral different directions in order to investigste the structure of a sample in the surfacebackscattering mode.
