河北省南部电网黑启动方案研究

A Study on Black-out Startup Options for Southern Hebei Power Network

介绍了河北南部电网针对系统全停或大面积停电,采取不同启动电源和分区启动的策略,而制订的河北南网黑启动或区外受电启动方案;并对恢复方式中可能出现的自励磁、过电压等问题进行了计算分析。结果表明此方案具有一定的可操作性,可作为系统全停后快速启动的一种应急预案。

Based on the situation and features of Southern Hebei Power Network, the authors work out blackout startup options supposing the occurrence of the power network blackout,which use various startup power sources and startup the system district by district. The selfexciting, overvoltage and other problems in network restoring process are also calculated and analyzed. This may be a provision scheme for quick startup of the network after system blackout.
