摘要
随着竞争加剧和运营商的日渐成熟,各运营商纷纷推出有特色、个性化的增值业务来吸引用户。国内固网运营商出现了用户离网率上升、APRU值下降、收入增长趋缓等现象,相对其他运营商,固网运营商更需要通过增值业务来寻求“破壁”的法宝。目前固网增值业务开展得不够理想有管理上、体制上、经营策略上以及技术上等多方面的原因,可通过业务创新,进行固网智能化改造等措施予以解决。
Because of the fierce competition and the maturity of carriers, carriers push characteristic and individualized value-added services to attract users. In fixed network of China, off-network rate goes up; ARPU goes down; the increasing of income slows down. Compared to other carriers, fixed-network carriers need value-added services more urgently. There are many reasons in terms of management, system, and operation strategy resulting in poor development of fixed-network value-added services. These problems can be solved, through service creation, fixed network intelligent rebuilding and other measures.
