大功率射频干负载是２００ＭｅＶ电子直线加速器的研制项目之一．主要用于吸收加速管的剩余微波功率．以保证整个系统的正常工作．本文详述了大功率干负载的设计，各项参数的测试及在线使用状况．
The all metal RF dummy loads is one of the research projects in 200 Mev Linac.It is used primarily for the absorption of the remaining RF power,so as to ensure normal operation of the entire microwave system.This paper describes in detail the design,experiment data and operating status of the high-power all metal RF dummy loads.
