摘要
以氟化钠、聚四氯乙烯、氟代苯作为样品靶,利用200MeV电子加速器,通19F(r,n)18F光核反应,生产有载体的18F.18F的产量在几百微居到几毫居之间.实验结果显示用电子加速器制备满足于生物、医学研究所需的18F的量是可能的.
No-carrier-free 18F is produced with a 200MeV electron beam by the photonuclear reaction 19F(γ, n)18F. NaF, (C2P4 )n, C6H5P are used as targets, the yield of 18F is between 500μCi~3mCi.The results show that it is possible to produce sufficient yield for medical and biological application.
