中国与印度利用外资之比较研究

Comparison Researches on Using Foreign Investment between China and India

中国与印度是世界公认最具吸引外国直接投资(FDI)魅力的国家,但两国利用外资格局具有明显不同。FDI在中国更多流向加工制造业,在印度则更多流向离岸服务业。中国与印度利用外资存在差别的原因基于总体引资环境、经济发展战略侧重点等方面的差距。中国在利用外资时应该注重利用外资实现产业结构的优化。

Both China and India are magnet of FID flows,but there are significant different in the structure of using FDI.Most of FDI in China flowed into manufacture,while as FDI in India flowed into off-shore services area.The reasons are the different between the environment of investment,the strategy of development and so on.We will lay stress on industrial structure optimization while using FDI.
