微带线间的串扰抑制分析

Analysis of Crosstalk Suppression of Microstrip Lines

摘要 为控制强信号线对弱信号线的干扰,在强信号线两边各插入了一列用金属填充的、顶端用微带连接的接地孔(简称保护线).利用FDTD方法对该结构进行模拟,验证了该方法的有效性.模拟结果表明保护线的性能与信号的上升时间、保护线的高度、保护线的长度和起始位置等几个因素有关. To control the influence of strong signal line on weak signal line two columns of metal filled via holes which are connected by microstrips on the top of via holes and grounded are inserted in two sides of strong signal line (guard lines for short). The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method has been used to simulate the structure and the effectiveness of the approach has been validated. The simulation results show that the performance of such guard lines depends on several factors such as signal rise time, the height of the lines, the length of the lines and the starting location of the lines.
