摘要
通过对中国老年人带有慢性疾病状况、心理健康状况、预期伤残期的状况及死亡谱的研究分析,说明了中国老年人的健康现状.通过对老年人体育锻炼的研究,表明了合理的体育锻炼对老年人的健康有重要意义,特别是低强度的有氧运动、太极拳、健康秧歌舞及克服自身重力的力量运动等已成为老年人安全而有效的健康与康复手段,这对中国老年人进行合理体育锻炼有重要参考价值.
The aged in China face such problems as chronic diseases, psychological problem, disability and death. The physical exercise is an essential method to prevent or delay these problems. In this article some effective exercises are recom- mended such as movement with oxygen, shadowboxing, yangge dance (a popular rural folk dance) and the movement to over- come one's weight, by doing which the health situation of the aged could be improved.
