摘要
20世纪60年代,法国高等教育存在着僵化的中央集权教育体制、教育投入严重不足、大学毕业生就业难等一系列问题。面对二战后的社会转型,法国进行了多次教育改革,且拟出了著名的教改草案——“郎之万—瓦隆计划”。但教育管理模式、教育经费投入等在教育改革中动态落后非常明显。今天,立足于社会转型这个类似的背景,阐述探讨这一问题具有现实意义。
There were a series of problems in French higher education in 1960s,such as a rigid centralized education system, serious shortage in education investment, underemployment of university graduates. In order to keep abreast of the society transition, France had reformed several times in education, specially drafting famous Langevin-Wallon scheme. But the mode of education administration, education investment and other reform measures clearly lagged behind the society development. Because of the similar background of society transition, it set forth the realistic meaning of studying this question at last.
