摘要
对高分子絮凝剂(聚丙烯酰胺)在过滤过程中的作用进行了系统的动态研究,总结了絮凝剂在过滤过程中的行为规律。絮凝剂的助滤作用主要表现在过滤成饼阶段,脱水阶段也有利于部分毛细水排出,但随着脱水时间延长,滤饼水分往往高于未经絮凝的滤饼。
The function of highpolymer flocculants (polyacrylamides) in filtration were investigated in a dynamicand systematic way, and the pattern of behaviour of flocculants in filtration were summarized. The functionof flocculants-improved filtration is mainly during the stage of filter cake formation and favourable to rapiddrainge of pert capillary water. but the residual moisture contents of flocculated cake are usually higher thanthose of unflocculated cake with dewatering time extended
