摘要
采用查阅文献资料、观察等方法,运用生物力学原理对“前屈体式”跳高技术进行了分析与构思。结果表明,它不仅符合人体生理习惯,而且有利于运动员在起跳时提高身体重心的高度,在过竿时能够降低身体重心相对横竿的位置。前屈体式跳高是提高跳高成绩的一种新途径。
This paper analyses 'The Forward Bend Posture' in the high jump by observing specific theory of biomechanics. The result straits clearly that the posture is in keeping with human physiological reaction and the posture is beneficial for sportsmen to raise the center of gratuity of the body while taking off so as to lower the relative height of the while jumping over it. The forward bend posture is a new method to improve sportsmen's performance in the high jump.
