腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查术的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopic common bile exploration though cystic duct

目的:总结腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术的临床应用经验,探讨手术方法、临床应用的优缺点。方法:应用腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查取石术诊治49例胆道结石患者,回顾分析其临床资料。结果: 49例患者中, 47例获得成功, 1例胆道肿瘤及1例合并左肝管狭窄患者中转开腹,无死亡病例。结论:腹腔镜经胆囊管胆总管探查术是一种创伤小、康复快,安全,并发症少的外科手术方法。

Objective:To summarize clinical applicative experiment of laparoscopic common bile exploration though cystic duct,and explore the mode of operation,the operating announcement,advantages and defect.Methods:Fortynine cases of cholepathy were operated with laparoscopic common bile exploration though cystic duct,the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively Results:Among 49 cases,47 cases were operated successfully,2 cases were converted to open operation.Conclusions: Laparoscopic common bile exploration though cystic duct is a microtrauma,tachorecovery,safe and reliable operation method of cholepathy.
