腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症治疗的体会

Treatment the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)并发症发生的原因和防治方法。方法:总结LC7例并发症的临床资料。结果: 7例中发生MOF1例,胆漏2例,胆囊动脉出血3例,十二指肠损伤1例,均治愈。结论:严格掌握手术适应证,按照解剖结构,规范操作步骤,可减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the cause and treatment of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 7 cases was summarized.Results:The complications were MOF in 1 case; bile duct leak in 2 cases;cystic artery bleeding in 3 cases,the duodenum hurts in 1 case. Seven patients were all cured.Conclusions:The operators should grasp the indications of laparoscopy,according to the dissection construction,and the operative step must be norm to reduce the occurrence of the surgical complications.
