本文应用现代控制论的一些原理与方法，在考虑多种优化原则和干扰因素的情况下，提出了露天矿生产剥比动态优化模型。并讨论了在露天矿生产过程中，如何用现代控制论的方法在长期和短期内调控生产剥采比。

Applied some principles and metheds of modern cybenetics and considered many optimizationrules and disturbance factors, this paper provides the dynamic optimization models of open-pit produc-tion stripping ratio, and discusses why requlate and control the stripping ratio in long-term and short-term by medern cybenetics methed.
