摘要 本文从资源枯竭、心理需要及图书馆的工作特点等方面分析了高校图书馆员职业心理枯竭的成因,并进行了对策分析。 The article analyzes the causes of job burnout of librarians at colleges in several aspects, such as: resource exhaustion, psychological needs and job traits of library etc. and explores the corresponding strategies.
