目的:探讨中药及其制剂中微量元素锌测定的方法。方法:本文采用PAN -OP乳化剂分光光度法测定中药天麻及其制剂中锌的含量。结果:天麻及其制剂中含有微量锌元素。结论:方法简便、准确,基层单位可参考使用。

Objective:To study the method of determiningtrace element zinc. Methods:Spectrophotometry was adopted todetermine the trace element zinc content in Gastrodia elata and preparation of Gastrodia elata. Results: There was trace element zinc content in Gastrodia elata and preparation of Gastrodia elata. Conclusion:This method was simply,accurate and was used in basic unit.
