目的:评价硝酸银灌洗肾盂治疗乳糜尿的效果。方法:回顾性分析自1998.8～2 0 0 3.8月间莒南县人民医院收治的16例乳糜尿的治疗体会。结果:全组16例患者治愈15例,两年后复发1例。结论:硝酸银灌洗肾盂可以治愈绝大多数乳糜尿。

Objective: Evaluation the result of the silver nitrate flush the pelvis to cure the milk urine. Methods: The review analysis the treatment result of totally example milk urine from 1998.8～2003.8. Results: Whole set 16 example relapse after getting cure 15 examples,2 years later,only l case.Conclusion::The silver nitrate flush the pelvis can cure the great majority milk urine
