Information technology is an important measure for enterprises to improve and maintain their competition. But the question enterprises most concern with is how to connect theirgeneration and management activities, which could bring the enterprises with profits. To the question of the value activities in production and management of power plant enterprises, the relation of enterprise material flow, energy flow,value flow and information flow is analyzed, and the avenue and measure to build the power plant enterprise management information system are explored to enhance enterprise's competition and improve their profits.
