摘要
基于相似材料模拟实验与现场矿压观测,本文分析了大面积剥离顶板的断裂与运动特点。据此提出了该类顶板条件下顶板控制设计的新思路:设计中应首先考虑把顶板的再断裂控制于切顶线之外,然后结合顶板的运动趋势及其对工作面支架的影响合理选择支护阻力以及其它辅助控顶措施。给出了合理支护阻力的确定方法,并分析了在现行单体支柱工作面支护方式下,保证控顶区不会出现台阶下沉的有效控顶范围。
Based on a number of experiments on equivalent materials and field observation,the break and moving features of separative roof in a large area has been analyzed.Thispaper puts forward a new idea of the roof control design under such roof conditions.Firstof all,it is necessary to keep the re-break of the roof outside the breaking edge of the face.Then according to the moving tendency of the roof and its effect on the face supports, therational support resistance and auxiliary roof control means could be chosen. The effectiveranges of roof control have been studied for preventing the occurence of roof steps in theface where individual props were installed.
