A Further Discussion on the Theory of the Strata Behaviors in Longwall Mining

摘要 本文简述了采场上覆岩层的结构模型及其形成的“给定变形”概念以及原有采场支架受载大小的计算原则、实际测定结果及其存在的问题。另外,根据近年来对直接顶及放顶煤矿山压力显现的研究,本文提出了较为完整的采场矿山压力力学模型,并详细分析了“直接顶(顶煤)—支架—底板”支撑体系的系统刚度及各自刚度变化时对工作面矿山压力显现的影响,给出了支架存在给定变形工作状态的条件,修正了支架受力与采高成正比的传统观念。 A brief comment has been made on the structure models of the overlying strataand the principles for determining the load acting upon the face supports.Based on the recent researches on the rigidity of the roof and the floor,especially on the roof behavior atsublevel caving faces, the paper proposes a more complete mechanical model for studyingroof strata behavior in longwall mining. The influence of the total rigidity of the supportsystem(immediate roof-support-floor),as well as the rigidity of each element, on the strata behavior has been analyzed in detail.The paper gives the condition under which the supports work in ″given deformation″state, and points out that the load acting on the supportis not always in proportional to the mining height.
