摘要
本文建立了一个对旋流器内部的运动进行描述和预测的动力学模型。我们通过对Navier-Stokes方程运用有限元求解而获得旋流器内部速度场分布的预测值。相应的速度分布实验数据是利用激光测速系统在直径80mm的水力旋流器上采集的。该模型的结果与实验结果相吻合,并且复盖面广。
In this paper a dynamic model for describing and predicting the interior movement in hydrocyclone has been established.Solving the Navier-Stokes equation by the finite element method,the authors make the prediction of velocity profiles in hydrocyclone.The corresponding experimental data of velocity profiles are collected from a 80mm hydrocyclone by using Laser Velocimeter System.The results obtained from model are consistent with those from experiments.
