摘要
土地资源及其利用在可持续发展过程中肩负着特殊的历史使命。面对日益严峻的人地关系,如何大力推进土地整理工作,提高土地的利用效率并保持土地的永续利用,缓解人口增长及保障国家粮食安全对土地的压力,从广西土地资源和土地整理的现状,对广西土地整理潜力分析,从可持续利用的角度,探讨广西土地整理对可持续发展的贡献,并对进一步完善土地整理工作提出了对策建议。
Land resources and its utilization are bearing special historical mission in the course of the sustainable development. As the relationship between human and land is getting worse and worse day by day, it is necessary to advance the land consolidation and rehabilitation, raise the efficiency of land utilization and keep continuous utilization of land, in order to alleviate the pressure of population growth and the national grain security. From the current situation of land resources and consolidation in Guangxi,through analyzing the potentiality of land consolidation and rehabilitation,and in terms of sustainable utilization,the contribution from land consolidation and rehabilitation to the sustainable development in Guangxi is discussed in this paper. The countermeasure and suggestion of improving land consolidation and rehabilitation are put forward as well.
