摘要
土地开发整理是一项新兴而系统的公益性事业,在科学发展观的指导下,如何实现宏观统筹并与其他社会事业相协调健康、有序的发展,是国土资源管理中所面临的重大课题。根据土地开发整理含义的界定、土地开发整理质量、社会性及其与当地社会经济发展关系、资金的投入和管理等多方面,提出了云南省开展土地开发整理事业的战略性思路。
The purpose of this paper is to propose the strategy of land exploitation and rehabilitation in Yunnan Province on the basis of national land management regulations and the current situation.The research uses the method of cause-effect and document reference.It indicated that the provincial government should do more work on the research of the land using situation and the development strategy of land cultivation and protection. So the development of land management can be promoted.
