摘要
本文研究了水解法检验血液中的灭多威。将灭多威在碱性、90℃条件下水解成灭多威肟,通过GC/MS和GC/FPD分析。相对回收率在70%以上,该法高效,空白血液无干扰,重复性好,操作简单。
A method was described for the simple and rapid extraction of Methomyl in serum using hydrolyzation.Methomyl in biological materials was hydrolyzed to be oxime derivative ( methyl -N -hydroxythioacetimidate), and analyzed by gas Chromatograph equipped with flame photometric detector (FPD).Subsequently, the qualitative and quantitative detection of Methomyl in serum was carried out with GC/MS.The method was efficacious, easy to perform and had good reproducibility.The average recovery was about 70%.
