芝麻油脚中芝麻素的提取与纯化研究 被引量:16

Separating and Purifying Sesamin from Sesame Oil Residue

摘要 以芝麻油脚为原料,用甲醇提取芝麻素,提取条件为:温度6 0℃、时间3h、料液比1∶2 5 ;提取率83 7% ,产品纯度6 7 5 %。采用乙醇对芝麻素粗品进行结晶纯化,结晶条件为∶料液比(g/mL) 1∶30、养晶温度2 5℃、养晶时间3h。经过4次结晶,最终产品纯度为91 2 %。
