摘要
提出了将优化设计的思想应用于机构综合中,并据此开发出了相应的软件。现主要以平面四杆机构的9位置轨迹生成问题为例,介绍了机构综合的优化方法的实现:以杆长等9个参数为设计变量,以相应的方程组中9个方程的左式平方和最小为目标函数,以杆长能构成四杆机构等为约束函数,采用惩罚函数法进行编程求解。最后给出了一个应用实例,表明了方法的有效性。
It applies the optimization in mechanism synthesis, and develops the correspondi ng software. As an example of nine positions synthesis, it shows the process of realization. The design variables are length of four arms, the objective functio n is the quadratic sum of formula, the constraint conditions include the arm len gth term for construction linkage mechanism and other similar terms. The result shows that the method is distinct effect.
