岗南和黄壁庄水库除险加固方案论证

摘要 岗南、黄壁庄水库从上世纪70年代开始进行防洪保坝规划方案论证,历时30多年,论证次数达10多次,规划方案保坝标准从10 000年一遇设计洪水变成可能最大洪水,从引入古洪水研究成果到确认10 000年一遇洪水作为可能最大洪水确定水库加固规模.加固方案最后确定岗南水库加高大坝1 5m,黄壁庄水库新增5孔非常溢洪道. With a duration of more than 30 years, the demonstration on the plan of dam safety and flood control for both Gangnan Reservoir and Huangbizhuang Reservoir has been made for over 10 times since the 70’s last century; in which the dam safety standard for planning scheme has been converted from the design flood with the occurrence of 10000 years to the maximum probable flood and the strengthening scale has been determined with both the result of the research on the ancient floods and the maximum probable flood with occurrence of 10000 years. In the strengthening plan determined at last the dam of Gangnan Reservoir is to be heightened for 1.5m and an additional emergency spillway with 5 holes is to be built for Huangbizhuang Reservoir.
