岗南水库提高水库防洪标准措施研究

Research on measures of raising flood control standard for Gangnan Reservoir

岗南水库运行40多年来,虽然进行过续建和扩建加固,但未从根本上解决水库防洪标准偏低的问题,与其重要的地理位置和担负的重要任务不相适应.通过方案比选和研究,采用大坝加高方案是解决防洪标准偏低问题的最佳选择,可以实现“岗南增蓄、黄壁庄增泄”的战略目标,并能消除非常溢洪道泄洪带来的安全隐患.

Since the operation for over 40 years, the problem of the lower flood control standard for Gangnan Reservoir has still not been solved generally, though it has ever been rebuilt and strengthened; which is not suitable for both its important geographic location and its important role.Based on the plan selection and the study concerned, it is found that the optimum plan to solve the problem mentioned above is to heighten the dam of the reservoir. In this way, the strategic target of “increasing the storage of Gangnan Reservoir, so as to increase the discharge of Huangbizhuang Reservoir” can be realized; with the potential safety problems from the emergency spillway can be eliminated as well.
