Clinical Analysis of 9 Cases Dieulafoy

目的:增加对Dieulafoy病的认识,提高Dieulafoy病的诊治水平。方法:对9例Dieulafoy病进行病史、诱因、症状、体征、辅助检查及治疗的统计和分析。结果:Dieulafoy病可引起消化道突发性大出血,急诊胃镜检查可明确诊断,治疗主要为手术切除和内镜下止血治疗。结论:Dieulafoy病较罕见,可引起致命性消化道大出血,提高对本病的认识,可提高对本病的诊治水平,降低死亡率。

Objective: To know the Dieulafoy thoroughly and improve the treatment of Dieulafoy.Method: We analyzed statically the historical、 reason、 symptom、 sign、 examination and treatment of 9 cases Dieulafoy.Result: It can result in gastrointestinal hemorrhage although the Dieulafoy is seldom. Conclusion: It can decrease the death rate if we know more Dieulafoy.
