摘要 应用主成分分析法,从样本相关矩阵出发,对11个树莓品系的13个主要经济性状进行分析,以累积贡献率达到85%以上为依据,确定了反映树莓主要经济性状的3个主成分及其函数方程;并通过计算各品系的主成分值进行比较,从中选出综合经济性状优良的品系,其结果与品种的实际表现相接近。表明用主成分分析对树莓品种进行选择比传统打分评优更准确、更科学,可为树莓优良品种的选择提供理论依据。 Based on specimen correlation matrix, the main economic character of 11 varieties of raspberry were determined with the method of principal component analysis. According to more than 85%of the cumulative variance proportion, three principal components and its function equations were proposed and the index that reflected the main economic characters of raspberry. The key principal component values of the different lines were calculated and the result could be applied in the selection of fine variety ,which were similar to practical phenotype .The method of principal component analysis was more scientific and simple than the traditional method while main economic characters of raspberry were evaluated copmprehensively. It could be a theoretical basis for selecting fine varieties of raspberry.
