鸡胚尿囊液量与种毒接种日龄及接种剂量的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between the Volume of Allantoic Fluid and the Inoculation of NDV

选择9、10、11日龄非免疫的罗曼蛋鸡胚各180个,随机分成9组,每组60个,分别接种NDVLasota种毒液0.05、0.10、0.20ml/个于鸡胚尿囊腔中。试验结果表明:所采收的尿囊液量与不同的接种剂量及接种日龄有很大的联系。

540 non-immune Lohmann breeding eggs were divided into nine groups.There were 60 breeding eggs in each group.They were hatched in the same place at the same time.All embryos were inoculated with NDV at 9,10 and 11days old with different dosage at each group.The dose-effect relationship of chick embryo allantoic fluid was observed.The results showed:the volume of allantoic fluid was significantly affected by inoculation dosage.There was negative correlation between them.Inoculation dosage had no significant effect on allantoic fluid agglutination titer.
