摘要
采用薄层层析法分析了不同溶剂提取的胡萝卜中类胡萝卜素的组成及主要类胡萝卜素的相对含量。结果表明:以硅胶G为固定相,正己烷/乙酸乙酯/丙酮/甲醇(8/2/1/1)以及石油醚/乙醇(99.5/0.5)为展开剂,层析效果较好;用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯/乙醇(2/1)3种溶剂提取的类胡萝卜素成分没有差异,但各成分的含量差异较大。
The methods of TLC and UV were used for the separation and identification of carotenoid pigment extracted from carrot through the application of different organic solvent. The result showed that, by TLC on silica gel and with the elvant of hexane/ethyl acetate/acetone/methanol (8/2/1/1) and petroleum/alcohol (99.5/0.5) a satisfactory result could be gotten. The composition of carotenoid that was extracted with three solvents (alcohol, ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate/ alcohol 2/1) was not different , but the content was diverse.
