基于IGBT的SUNIST电极放电电源的研究

摘要 为了即将进行的SUNIST(SinoUNItedSphericalTokamak,中国联合球形托卡马克)电极放电辅助电子回旋波电流启动实验,研制成功了1000V/50A放电电源。本文介绍了基于IGBT组成的SUNIST电极放电电源。 A 1000V / 50A discharge power supply is developed for electrode discharge assisted electron cyclotron wave current start-up on SUNIST (Sino UNIted Spherical Tokamak) device. SUNIST discharge power supply based on IGBT is introduced in this paper.
