摘要 本文论述了光学非球面零件加工难的原因;分析了解决非球面零件加工难的关键;并指出了数控加工工艺系统对非球面加工造成误差的影响因素,以此得出探索和研究更为有效的加工非球面技术的必要性。 In this paper, the causes of difficulty in machined aspheric optical parts is described.it analyzes the key points to solve this problem, and points out that the technology system of numerical control method causes the aspheric machining errors by a lot of factors. Based on this, a conclusion is drawn that it is very necessary to explore a superior aspheric machining method.
