摘要
本文以KMgF3:Eu2+和KMgF3:Ce3+为例,综述了稀土掺杂KMgF3功能材料的光学光谱性质和KMgF3晶体中的格位取代的研究。最后简单介绍作者在最近的工作中采用微乳液法制备所得的KMgF3:Eu2+和KMgF3:Ce3+纳米粒子的激发和发射光谱及粒子粒径。
In this paper,the properties of optical spectroscopy of RE(rare-earth)-doped KMgF_3 Functional Materials and substituting sites in RE-doped KMgF_3 crystal were studied and summarized by taking examples for Eu^(2+)-doped KMgF_3 and Ce^(3+)-doped KMgF_3. Finally, fluorescence spectra and diameter of Eu^(2+)-doped KMgF_3 and Ce^(3+)-doped KMgF_3 nanoparticles which were synthesized by microemulsions were introduced concisely.
