摘要
针对目前企业绩效非财务指标设置不全面的状况,构建了新的非财务指标,即经营战略目标、制度建设、产品质量、技术革新、经营者素质,确立了企业绩效非财务性评价的新指标评价体系,给出了企业绩效优劣的评价方法及应用实例.
New non-financial indexes are put forward because present ones are not over-all. The new indexes include operating strategic object, regulations constructing, product quality, technique innovating and operator's quality. The new non-financial indexes system of enterprise performance measurement and the measuring model are established here. An illustration is given.
