Research on Buildings Remote Intelligent Management and IT Platform Technology for Expo 2010 Shanghai

文章就2010年上海世博会场馆的建筑设备在展会期间和闭会以后的管理和维护,提出了通过在园区监控中心以及与上海城市级智能化管理平台的无缝连接,实现对场馆建筑设备和环境的远程监控,以达到管理自动化、集成化、规范化、节省能源和节省人力的目的,该技术可以作为世博会园区内场馆建筑设备管理的解决方案之一,也为我国智能建筑界在建筑群建筑设备的自动化远程监控和管理,以及城市管理的信息化建设提供一种思路。

The paper outlines the technology for Expo 2010 in Shanghai, which monitor and manage the buildings' equipment and public facilities automatically based on WAN, and connect information system & database of Shanghai city government Management organization without any gateway by using IT Platform. The target is the equipment and facilities can be managed remotely, automatically, integrately, standard, energy saving and laborsaving. The technology also gives a solution for buildings automation system based on WAN, and Intelligent city Management.
