本文根据当前小区安防与智能化发展状况,对构建小区"第四网络"——小区控制网的常用技术形式进行对比及应用分析,同时针对小区控制网遇到的问题,提出大型住宅小区多层网络结构的解决方案、供系统集成商与房地产开发商在总体设计住宅小区智能化系统时参考。
