Implementation of LEED Core & Shell in China

LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)是由美国绿色建筑委员会(USGBC-United StatesGreen Building Council)发展的一套绿色建筑评估体系。杭州西湖天地二期发展项目作为LEED Core & Shell在中国的实验性项目,对于LEED在中国的实施作了一些探索性的工作。本文主要从以下几个方面来阐述:1.可持续发展设计的考虑及其对于LEED得分的贡献:2.建筑及装饰材料的选择和研究;3.LEED对于施工过程和承包单位的要求:4.LEED要求参考的设计规范;5.整体设计协调和生命周期成本。

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building rating system is developed by USGBC (United States Green Building Council). As a LEED Core & Shell pilot project in China. Hangzhou Xihu Tiandi phase II is engaged in the following studies to be introduced in the paper: 1.Sustainable designs and their contribution to LEED credits. 2. Studies on building materials selection. 3. LEED's requirements on construction and contractors. 4. Design criteria referenced by LEED. 5. Integrated design and life cycle cost.
