摘要
报告5例2型糖尿病合并肺血栓栓塞(PTE)。发现PTE的症状和体征无特异性,误诊率高。对于糖尿病病人,如遇到不能解释的呼吸困难或晕厥应想到PTE并作相应检查。
Objective Five cases of pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE)in T2DM were (reported) without T2DM-specific PTE symptoms and signs, which was correlated with the missed (diagnosis.) PTE should be considered in T2DM when unexplained dyspnea and swoon emerged.
