摘要
脉冲涡流检测技术(PEC)是近几年发展起来的一种新的无损检测方法。本文围绕应用于飞机多层金属结构中缺陷检测的脉冲涡流检测系统的工作点进行分析与研究,给出了传感器的参数设定;通过改变激励脉冲信号的重复频率和占空比,对得到检测信号的时域、频域特征量及其变化值进行数据分析和处理;最后设计了最优化的系统工作点,并通过进一步的实验加以验证。
Pulsed eddy current (PEC) nondestructive testing is a new kind of technology developed in recent years. The analysis and study of the working point of PEC nondestructive testing system for multilayer metal structure of airplane are given in this paper. The characteristics of the detecting signals are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain recpectively through changing of repeating frequency and scale. Finally, the optimization working point of the system is presented, the conclusion is validated by farther experiment.
