摘要
从上海吸收外商直接投资的现状,以及在投资结构和投资形式上所呈现的主要特点这两个方面分析了改革开放以 来外商投资对上海经济发展的推动效应,拟合了回归曲线,并得出有关上海吸收外资的两个结论。
The paper analyzes foreign investments influence on the development of Shanghai's economy on the basis of current situation of FDI and the characteristics of investment structure and style. Thus the paper gets the conclusions about the FDI of Shanghai province.
