摘要
目的 研究香茅油次要成分抑制肿瘤的活性。方法 香茅油次要成分经减压蒸馏得到榄香烯、吉马烯等萜烯含量占80 %以上的混合物,添加大豆磷脂乳化得到乳状液,进行药理实验。结果 证实香茅油次要成分榄香烯、吉马烯等萜烯的混合物制备成的口服乳具有抑制肿瘤的作用:小鼠肉瘤(S180 )动物移植性肿瘤 灌胃剂量分别为2 0、15、10mL/kg ,其抑制率分别为35 %、35 %、2 9% ;小鼠肝癌(H2 2 )动物移植性肿瘤 灌胃剂量分别为2 0、15、10mL/kg ,其抑制率分别为36 %、33%、2 5 %。结论 本实验证明香茅油所含的萜烯类成分具有抑制肿瘤作用。
Objective To probe into the tumorostatic activity of th e non-dominant components distilled from citronella oil (lemon grass oil). Methods Non-dominant components of citronella oil undergoing vacuum distillation yielded terpenoid compound such as bourbonene,β-elemene,and germa crene,accounting for 80% and over of the total essential oil;the mixed terpenoid was rendered emulsive by adding soybean phospholipid to meet pharmacological te st.Results Oral emulsion containing the mixed terpenoid showed a tumorostatic activity:mice with transplanted sarcoma (S180) received g avage in a dosage of 20,15 and 10 mL/kg;the inhibition rate was 35%,35% and 29%; mice with transplanted hepatoma (H22) received gavage in a dosage of 20,15 and 1 0 mL/kg,the inhibition rate was 36%,33%,and 25%.Conclusion The study proved the terpenoid of citronella oil has tumorostatic activity.
