灯盏花素治疗慢性肺心病疗效观察

The Effects of Breviscspin the Treatment for Patients of Chronic Cardiopulmonary Disease

目的观察灯盏花素治疗慢性肺心病并高粘血症的效果。方法将68例慢性肺心病并高粘血症患者按随机化原则分为两组,对照组采用传统的综合疗法;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用灯盏花素,治疗14天为一疗程,观察两组的疗效、治疗前后血气分析和血液流变学的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组61.8%,两组差异有显著性(x^2=6.28,P<0.05),治疗组血气改善较对照组明显(t=3.14、3.65,P<0.05),血液流变学指标改善也较对照组明显(t=3.21～4.21,P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素治疗慢性肺心病并高粘血症能提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effects of Breviscapine in the treatment for patients of Chronic cardiopulmonary disease. Methods Six- ty-eight patients of Chronic cardiopulmonary disease and hyperviscosity were divided into two groups at random, the control group were treated by traditional complex treatment, the test group werw treated by treatment plus Breviscapine, 14 days as a course, to observe the change of blood gas analysis and Hemorrheology in the treatments. Results The rate of the improvement is 88% in the test group, the control group is 61.8%, it has significant different in the two groups(x^2=6.28, P<0.05), blood gas analysis and Hemorrheology of the test group improved significantly(t=3.14～4.21, P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Breviscapine can impdrove the effect in the trcatmcnt for paticnts of Chronic cardiopulmonary discase.
