摘要
笔者从1993年5月始在武汉市水果湖地区应用球形芽孢杆菌C(3-41)地方株制剂,进行大面积控制致乏库蚊的现场研究。结果表明,用3ml/m2球形芽孢杆菌C(3-41)乳剂,对大型致乏库蚊孳生地每10天处理1次,包括水塘、水沟、水槽及水坑;另用3g/m2块剂每月处理1次水缸和小容器等,可使幼虫密度下降38~99%,并能有效地控制成蚊密度和削平致乏库蚊成蚊的季节高峰。
Large scale field trials of Bacillus sphaericus C_(3-41) local products against Culex quinquefasciatus was carried out in Wuhan City. The results showed that 88~99% reduction of larval density was obtained with rate of 3ml/m2 liquid formulation applied in large breeding sites,including ponds,ditches once ten days and with 8g/m2 briquette formulation applied in small breeding sites,including water jars and pits once month.Adult density showed a obvious reduction and seasonal peak of adults was controlled in treated area.
