摘要
以社会需求为目标,以就业为导向构建人才培养模式。为确保学生的教育质量,以机电一体化专业为例,提出四个专门化方向、三个教学阶段和三项技能证书要求的“四、三、三”培养模式,供高职两年制机电人才培养的研究与实践参考。
To meet the social requirements and guarantee the graduates' employment, a new model of talent-training should be built up. The paper, taking the Electro-mechanics Integration major as an example, raises a new training model---″four specializing directions, three teaching periods and three skill certificates″, that is, four-three-three training model. The paper supports reference for the further research and practice on training two-year-period talents majoring in the Electro-mechanics Integration of vocational colleges.
