摘要
总结从事医院后勤维修管理方面的经验,在医院后勤维修方面,把设备维修和总务维修进行合并,是可行有益的。我院的设备维护科的成立,充分调动了工程技术人员的工作积极性,克服了原来设备维修与总务维修分开时的种种弊端,为医院解决了大量的工程技术问题。
In this article, I summarize experience about maintenance management of hospital logistics. It, incorporating equipment and general service, is feasible and beneficial in maintenance of hospital logistics. After Medical engineering Dep. was built in our hospital, enthusiasm of technicians was mobilized and difficulties because of separating equipment and general service were overcome. This solved many problems of engineering and technology.
