摘要
教育发展战略是一个诸多利益主体互动的复杂发展过程,教育发展主体关于教育发展的价值期待是构建教育发展战略的重要力量。教育发展价值期待因社会主体的个别差异性以及价值客体的存在状态而存在冲突,而教育发展战略在一定程度上就是创设有利条件去激活教育价值期待冲突的功能性价值,以提升整个教育系统的整合能力和应变能力。因此,不同于传统的理想主义假定,我们强调价值期待冲突在教育发展战略中的客观性,并确立以价值期待的冲突及其整合为核心的分析框架。
The developmental strategy of education is a complicated process involving the interaction among a multitude of stakeholders,and the value expectation of the subj ects towards educational developme nt constitutes a major consideration in formulating educational developmental strategies.Value expectations on educatio n differ from subject to subject,which,in combination with the existing situations of value objects,give rise to conflicts.To some extent educational developmental s trategies suggest the creation of fa vorable conditions that can activate the functions of the educational value expectatio n conflicts in improving the conform ability and resilience of the educational sys-tem.Consequently,We should emphasize the objective role of value expectation conflicts,and establish an analyt-ical framework based on the value exp ectation conflicts and integration of such conflicts.
