摘要
目前我国基础教育人力资源开发的研究主要有经济学、管理学和心理学三种取向,不同取向间虽存在差异,但也呈现出一些共同特点:(1)研究对象以教师为主,学校管理人员次之,教辅人员最少;(2)研究方法上定性研究多于定量研究;(3)研究内容以教师在职培训、教师激励、教师考核评价及教师素质为主,校长领导行为、学校组织气氛、教师职业倦怠等研究次之,人力资源配置、教师聘用和选拔等研究相对较少,教师薪酬的研究最少。未来的基础教育人力资源开发研究应注意以下几点:不同研究取向之间的协调整合;研究方法论上的整体观和动态发展观;量性研究方法和质性研究方法的综合运用;问题导向和结成研究共同体是有效的研究途径。
There are three research orientatio ns in present studies of human resour ces in Chinese elementary e-ducation———economy orientation,management orientation and psychology orientation.Although there are many differences among them,there are still some common features:1)Most of the research objects are full-time teachers,and the school management personnel is the second in the list of research o bjects,but we can find few researches about other administrative personn el ;2)Qualitative method has been adopted more than quantitative method ;3)The content of these researches is mainl y about the teacher' s on -the -job training,spiriting up,assessment and their quality.There are some researches a bout the principals' leadership behavior,organization al climate of school and teacher burnout.But researches about HR collocation,teacher engageme nt and selection are relatively much fewer ,and researches about teachers' salary and reward are the least.There are several points we should pay att ention to in further study about HR in elementa ry education:the harmony and conformity of different research orientations;the unitary and dynamic view of methodology;the integrated use of qualitative and quantitative method;problem -di-recting research and forming research community being effective approaches.
