摘要
对342名幼儿教师运用SC L-90症状自评量表、生活事件量表和应付方式问卷进行团体施测发现:幼儿教师心理健康状况好于全国普通人群;心理健康型教师的负性生活事件少于不健康型;心理健康型教师倾向于运用成熟的应付方式。因此,教育管理部门应增强幼儿教师的社会支持系统,为其提供充分的应对资源。
Using the Scale of SCL -90,Scale of Li ving Affairs and Replying Style Question Paper to measure the mental health of 342nursery school t eachers,we find that the mental health of nursery school teachers is much better than the average groups of the country .The psychologically healthy nurses have less negative affairs and tend to use more mature responding ways th an the unhealthy ones.Consequently,the educational management depart-ments should increase the social sup porting system for the nursery school teachers and provide them sufficie nt re-sponding resources.
